Laser Level Controller (LLC)
A highly cost-effective remote monitoring system for measuring the level and volume of liquids in isolated storage tanks.
Easy installation by directly mounting the unit onto the tank lid using the integrated ¾” threaded connection.
Key Features :
- Measurement of the liquid level and volume inside the tank (custom tank calibration table).
- Four configurable level alarms (e.g. pre-low, low, pre-high, and high).
- Web-based alarms. MFF2 connectivity for enhanced network coverage in tank installation areas. No physical SIM card required.
- Tank location can be georeferenced.
- Web-based fuel delivery planning through configurable low-level alerts (e.g. pre-low level warning). A valuable service for tank operators, optimizing and streamlining refuelling routes.
- Automatic, silent daily level and volume monitoring. Data recorded and stored on the web portal.
- Email notifications for level and volume alarms.
- Real-time on-site level and volume monitoring during tank filling or inspection. A magnetic activation key is supplied to the operator, with LED indication of the tank filling status.
- Integrated on-board solar panel for power supply. Can be remotely mounted (up to 2 m away) for underground tanks or installations in permanently shaded areas. Integrated long-life backup battery ensures safe operation, with a minimum service life of 2 years.
The web portal collects, stores, and displays all transmitted data for the customer.
The LLC system is not ATEX certified. An ATEX-certified version is currently under development.
The LLC system can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
