DLC-01 Level and Volume Monitoring System for Road Tankers

LLC Laser Level Monitoring System
Laser Level Controller: An extremely cost-effective solution for remote monitoring of liquid level and volume inside isolated or standalone storage tanks.
The unit is easily installed by direct mechanical mounting onto the tank cover through the integrated ¾” process connection.
- Level measurement and volume calculation of the liquid stored in the tank, with customizable tank calibration tables.
- Four configurable level alarms (e.g., pre-low, low, pre-high, and high level alarms).
- Web-based alarm notifications. MFF2 connectivity technology provides more reliable and efficient communication in challenging tank installation environments, eliminating the need for physical SIM cards.
- Tank location can be recorded and georeferenced.
- Web-based forecasting of tank replenishment requirements through configurable low-level pre-alarms, helping operators anticipate refilling needs and optimize delivery planning.
- Automatic daily level and volume verification with data automatically recorded on the web portal.
- Email notifications for level and volume alarm conditions.
- Real-time on-site monitoring of tank level and volume during filling operations or field inspections. A dedicated magnetic activation tool allows operators to locally verify tank status through LED indicators showing the tank filling condition.
- Integrated solar panel for autonomous power supply. The panel can be remotely mounted up to 2 meters away, making it suitable for underground tanks or installations in permanently shaded areas. A long-life backup battery is included, providing a minimum operating autonomy of 2 years.
The web portal collects, stores, and displays all transmitted data, providing customers with complete visibility of tank monitoring information.
The LLC system is currently not ATEX certified. An ATEX-certified version is under development.
The LLC system can be customized to meet specific customer operational and project requirements.

FLD-04 Volume Monitoring Display
CONTROL DISPLAY: The new cost-effective display for real-time, on-site monitoring of tanker compartments and fixed storage tanks.
The FLD-04 Display is capable of monitoring up to five tanker compartments or storage tanks simultaneously.
The parameters displayed for each tank can be freely configured through the full-color backlit graphical display, providing operators with immediate access to the most relevant operational data.
The system can replicate all configured parameters, together with a dynamic graphical representation of liquid levels, on smartphones and tablets, even over long distances. The dedicated mobile application is included free of charge with every unit.
The FLD-04 is available with IECEx and ATEX certifications for installation in Zone 1 hazardous areas. Safety barriers for sensors installed in Zone 0 environments are included as standard.
A non-ATEX version is also available for applications in non-hazardous environments.
- Backlit LCD display with real-time indication of product volume, product level, and water level.
- Real-time volume calculation with automatic temperature compensation to 15°C in accordance with ASTM/API standards.
- Configurable alarms with two outputs for external relay connections.
- Supports connection of up to 5 probes, with dedicated PC software for simplified configuration and setup.
- Optional Wi-Fi connectivity allows FLD-04 to transmit real-time data to smartphones and tablets through a dedicated mobile application.

The FLD-04 automatically detects the inclination of the vehicle or tank on which it is installed and compensates level measurements by referencing them to the neutral position.

ATS Anti-Fraud Control System
ANTI-FRAUD CONTROL SYSTEM
ATS is an advanced anti-fraud and security solution designed to seal and monitor all product access points that are not required during normal operating activities.
The system consists of a backbone antenna network and compact radio-controlled electronic seals that can be installed on virtually any access point, including locations where space is extremely limited.
Unlike fiber-optic solutions, ATS offers exceptional installation flexibility and can be deployed without complex modifications to existing equipment.
Through the use of dedicated micro-cable sealing devices, ATS can also protect valves, hatches, fittings, and other components that are typically difficult or impossible to secure using conventional anti-fraud systems.
This approach provides enhanced operational security, improved traceability, and effective protection against unauthorized access and product theft.
IECEx and ATEX certified for installation in Zone 1 hazardous areas.
- The system controller automatically polls all electronic seals every few seconds to verify their status and operational integrity.
- Any seal that fails to respond is immediately identified, and the exact location of the attempted tampering or fraud event is reported. Seal manipulation is not possible.
- Data is transmitted to an associated concentrator (DLC – see product page), which georeferences all events with date and time stamps. Events are recorded and stored on a dedicated corporate server or in the cloud.
- The system can also be integrated with vehicle navigation and tracking systems already installed on the tanker, providing enhanced operational visibility and event traceability.
ATS is suitable not only for the transportation of high-value liquids such as fuels, but also for hazardous liquids and environmentally sensitive waste, where it is essential to ensure that no accidental or intentional spills occur during transit.
The combination of ATS and DLC provides a comprehensive anti-fraud and security solution for road tankers, delivering enhanced product protection, operational traceability, and transport integrity.
